We use the information we collect to evaluate and process loan and business credit applications; verify your identity and screen for fraud; communicate with you about your application, including through our AI assistant "Sam"; service any loan or credit relationship we originate or facilitate; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and improve our website, app, and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as email delivery, hosting, and fraud-screening providers), lending or funding partners involved in your specific transaction, and referring brokers you have chosen to work with. Our website and app include an AI chat assistant, Sam, that helps collect deal information and answer questions. Conversations with Sam may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses and extract application details, and may be stored as part of your lead or application record. Do not share full Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or government ID images in chat — those are only collected through our secure application portal.

We retain application and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to service your application or loan, meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our recordkeeping obligations, by contacting us using the information below. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for business use by adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
